Urban Seeds Learning is building a team of passionate teachers for virtual summer camps and weekly elective courses. The curriculum is already built — you bring the teaching expertise and the love of cities. We handle the rest.

Who We Are Looking For?
You might be a great fit if you:
- Have a background in architecture, urban design, art history, visual art, STEM, engineering, or early childhood education
- Are comfortable teaching live sessions on Zoom
- Genuinely find cities, buildings, and the built environment interesting
- Can follow a structured curriculum while bringing your own energy and personality to it
- Are reliable, communicative, and treat teaching as a professional commitment
Age bands we are hiring for:
- TK–2nd Grade — early childhood experience required
- 3rd–5th Grade
- Middle School (Grades 6–8)
- High School (Grades 9–12)
What You Will Teach?
Summer 2026 — Virtual Camps on OutschoolFive themed camps plus a Model Building camp for MS and HS. Each camp runs Monday through Friday, one hour per day, two sections daily. Curriculum fully provided.
Fall 2026 — Semester Electives:
Global Architecture + Design and Model Making — semester-long elective courses for MS and HS students. Weekly sessions, fully built curriculum, Pinterest portfolio component.
